Dr. Natascha F. Saunders, known as Tascha, is an Associate Director, Career Coach, Facilitator, and Academic Advisor at Harvard Kennedy School and a past Member of the Board of First-Year Advisers for Harvard College. Natascha completed the Harvard Administrative Fellowship Program; while holding a faculty appointment at Northeastern University.
Natascha is a certified career coach, facilitator, speaker, moderator, and consultant who is underpinned by sound coaching principles and well-validated techniques. As a cutting-edge coach and consultant, she leverages her depth of knowledge and versatility to motivate, educate and inspire leaders of all ages. Through her programs, curriculum, and Personal Branding Assessment Tool M.I.C.R.O.©, she has inspired many lives to reach their highest potential.
Former Miss Black Rhode Island USA, Natascha served as Goodwill Ambassador to the Gambia, West Africa, and has been featured by the New York Times, CKNW, WHUR, Working Mother, AFRO News, Boston Voyager, and Scholastic. She is a chapter author in the book Obama and Black Loyalty writing on Black Youth & Unemployment. She received a Senate Citation from The Rhode Island Institute for Labor Studies and completed training with the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), and Commonwealth Seminar for Massachusetts.

Natascha's ProQuest published doctoral dissertation is titled, Krumboltz, Career Decision Making, and METCO: A Portraiture Study Among Alumni. Her qualitative research study utilizes portraiture to understand how METCO alumni experiences impact and influence their career decision-making. Administrators, career counselors, practitioners, students, and policymakers who apply the recommendations and outcome data derived from this study are likely to provide better support to students during career decision-making processes.

Tapping into her education, Natascha is certified in Career Coaching by PARW/CC. She completed the FBI Citizens Academy, in addition, Executive Education Programs at Harvard, MIT, and Stanford. She’s trained in HMP Mediation from Harvard Law. Additionally, she holds an MBA (Master's in Business Administration), MS (Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership), BA - BDIC (Bachelor of Arts in Image Consulting), and an earned Doctorate in Education, Ed.D. focused on Leadership and Communications.
