Dr. Natascha F. Saunders, or Tascha, is an Associate Director, Career Coach, Facilitator, and Academic Advisor at Harvard Kennedy School and a past Member of the Board of First-Year Advisers for Harvard College. Natascha completed the Harvard Administrative Fellowship Program; while holding a faculty appointment at Northeastern University.
Natascha is a certified career coach, facilitator, speaker, moderator, and consultant who is underpinned by sound coaching principles and well-validated techniques. As a cutting-edge coach and consultant, she leverages her depth of knowledge and versatility to motivate, educate, and inspire leaders of all ages. Former Miss Black Rhode Island USA, Natascha served as Goodwill Ambassador to the Gambia, West Africa, and has been featured by the New York Times, CKNW, WHUR, Working Mother, AFRO News, Boston Voyager, and Scholastic. She is a chapter author of the book Obama and Black Loyalty, which is written on Black Youth & Unemployment. She received a Senate Citation from The Rhode Island Institute for Labor Studies and completed training with the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), and Commonwealth Seminar for Massachusetts.

RESEARCH
Natascha's ProQuest published doctoral dissertation is titled Krumboltz, Career Decision Making, and METCO: A Portraiture Study Among Alumni. Her qualitative research study utilizes portraiture to understand how METCO alumni experiences impact and influence their career decision-making. Administrators, career counselors, practitioners, students, and policymakers who apply the recommendations and outcome data derived from this study are likely to provide better support to students during career decision-making processes.
