Advisor

 

Faye ensures seamless operations across The Youth Career Coach™ and the office of Founder and CEO, Dr. Natascha Faye Saunders. She manages email correspondence, coordinates workshops, speaking engagements, and training sessions, oversees invoicing and administrative logistics, and engages with stakeholders to support strategic partnerships.


Faye brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors. She is a graduate of the Black Theology and Leadership Institute (BTLI) at Princeton Theological Seminary, a former Senior Sales Associate at Avon, a Retired Law School Admissions Counselor at New England School of Law, and has served faithfully as a Missionary at Grace Church of All Nations.


Her diverse background in leadership, sales, education, and ministry informs her role as a trusted advisor to the CEO. With her deep commitment to excellence, relationship-building, and operational efficiency, Faye ensures every client and partner experience reflects the values and professionalism of The Youth Career Coach™.

Sandra U.

Parent Advisor


As Parent Engagement Advisor for The Youth Career Coach™, Sandra plays a key role in building bridges between families and the career development process. With a deep understanding of the vital role parents play in student success, she works closely with our team to ensure parents are informed, engaged, and empowered.


Sandra brings her background in education, ministry, and community engagement to guide family-centered programming, lead workshops, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support both students and caregivers. Through culturally responsive practices and empathetic communication, she ensures that families feel seen, heard, and supported.


Sandra’s dedication strengthens our mission to prepare youth for the future of work—by recognizing that career success often begins at home.

Michael N.

Veteran, HBCU, and Tech Advisor


As a Technology Advisor for The Youth Career Coach™, Michael N. brings a strong foundation in military service and a career dedicated to the evolving world of technology, offering valuable insight into today’s rapidly changing digital landscape.


A U.S. Army veteran, Michael understands discipline, adaptability, and service. He has spent his professional career working across technology systems, including learning management systems, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, storage, and emerging tools that shape how we work and learn. He provides ongoing guidance and perspective to ensure our programs remain current, relevant, and forward-thinking.


Michael also expands our reach through his connection to the HBCU community, having attended a historically Black college in Alabama. His perspective helps strengthen our ability to connect with and support students from diverse educational backgrounds.


Beyond his technical expertise, Michael is an active member of the community with a passion for photography. He often captures meaningful moments and generously offers headshots to support students and professionals in building their personal brands.


With insight, service, and a commitment to community, Michael strengthens our mission to prepare students for success through The Youth Career Coach™ platform.

Sheneal P.

K-12 Advisor

 

As the K–12 School Principal Advisor for The Youth Career Coach™, Dr. Sheneal brings over a decade of educational leadership, policy insight, and a deep commitment to student development.


A seasoned K–12 school principal and proud Ph.D. holder, Dr. Sheneal offers expert guidance on how to best serve students within school systems. She collaborates closely with our team to ensure that our programming aligns with school needs, supports student readiness, and complements academic goals at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.


Her experience leading schools, mentoring educators, and driving equitable outcomes positions her as a trusted thought partner in our mission to prepare the next generation for the future of work. Dr. Sheneal’s strategic insight, combined with her heart for young people, helps us shape initiatives that meet students where they are—and empower them to thrive.

KIMBERLY H.

Community Advisor

 

As the Community Partner Advisor for The Youth Career Coach™, Kimberly plays a vital role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with organizations, schools, and businesses that share our vision of empowering youth and young professionals.


With a strong background in community engagement and partnership development, Kimberly facilitates collaboration that amplifies the impact of our programs. She works closely with stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for students, including internships, mentorships, and career exploration initiatives.


Kimberly’s dedication to fostering inclusive networks and her ability to connect resources with needs help strengthen the support system around our participants, ensuring they have access to the tools and relationships essential for career success.


Margaret D.

Academic Writer


Dr. Margaret serves as the Academic Writer for The Youth Career Coach™ journal article submissions, bringing extensive expertise in scholarly research, writing, and editing to ensure the highest quality content for our programs.


Holding a doctorate, Margaret combines academic rigor with clear communication to craft materials that are both engaging and impactful. She meticulously reviews and refines curriculum, workshop content, and educational resources to uphold excellence and clarity.


Her commitment to precision and scholarly excellence supports our mission to provide evidence-based, accessible career coaching tools that effectively serve students, educators, and professionals alike.

Linda B.

Mentor


Dr. Linda serves as the Executive Leadership Advisor for The Youth Career Coach™, providing expert guidance and strategic insight when collaborating with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.


With a Ph.D. and extensive experience in executive leadership development, Linda supports our organization in tailoring coaching and training programs to meet the unique needs of high-level leaders. Her expertise ensures that our initiatives resonate at the executive level, driving impactful leadership growth and organizational success.


Linda’s strategic mindset and deep understanding of corporate leadership dynamics make her an invaluable resource as we expand our reach and influence in executive coaching.
