The Youth Career Coach™ Inc. was officially founded and incorporated in August 2009 by Dr. Natascha F. Saunders, MBA, MS, CIC, CDCS, CPCC—a nationally respected expert in career development, experiential education, and vocational services.
While The Youth Career Coach™ Inc. has operated as an official S.Corp business since August 2009, our founder has been known as The Youth Career Coach since 2005, when she ran and won Miss Black Rhode Island USA and used her platform to speak at schools across Rhode Island. Starting with engagements at Paul Cuffee Elementary School, Dr. Saunders began coaching youth and spreading career readiness and job preparation skills throughout the state.
Over nearly two decades, Dr. Saunders has coached thousands of students, dedicating her days, nights, and weekends to transforming lives through career coaching and youth empowerment.
