The Youth Career Coach Inc. was founded in August 2009 by Dr. Natascha F. Saunders, MBA, MS, CIC, CDCS, CPCC—a nationally respected expert in career development, experiential education, and vocational services. While the company was officially established in 2009, Dr. Saunders has been coaching under the name “The Youth Career Coach” since the early 2000s, dedicating 10+ hours a day, five days a week (and often weekends) to this mission.
Our vision is to empower students to explore their purpose, unlock their potential, and gain market-ready skills that will serve them for a lifetime. We support high school, college, and graduate students, as well as first-generation scholars and young professionals. Additionally, we provide training and certification for educators and counselors who coach students through our Certified Student Career Coach (CSCC) program.
We fulfill our mission through a combination of coaching, consulting, curriculum design, and engaging workshops.
