Sherry is our Senior Executive Assistant who, by day, is entrenched in the clinical research field. She brings a unique blend of expertise derived from her background in social science and program administration. Holding both a bachelor's and a master's degree, she is also a Certified Student Career Coach (CSCC), further enhancing her ability to support career development initiatives.

Eager to delve deeper into her profession, Sherry is actively advancing her skills in data science management. A native Chinese speaker, she extends her passion for language by tutoring Chinese students, from beginners to early professionals seeking language proficiency.

Beyond her career pursuits, she plays a crucial role in supporting our founder. In this capacity, Sherry manages logistics, administration, invoicing, document review, curriculum updates, correspondence, and relationship building, ensuring the overall success of our online programming initiatives.

Her multifaceted skills, academic achievements, and dedication contribute significantly to our organization's growth and success.

Executive Assistant 

Faye ensures seamless operations across The Youth Career Coach Inc. and Natascha Faye Saunders Enterprises. She manages email correspondence, schedules workshops, speaking engagements, and training sessions, oversees invoicing and administrative tasks, and engages with stakeholders to coordinate partnerships.

With a wealth of experience spanning various fields, Faye participated in the Black Theology and Leadership Institute Program at Princeton Theological Seminary, a Senior Sales Associate at Avon, a Retired Law School Admissions Counselor at New England School of Law, and a Missionary at Grace Church of All Nations.

Her diverse background in leadership, sales, education, and ministry informs her strategic advisory role to the CEO. With her commitment to excellence, relationship-building, and operational efficiency, Faye ensures that every client and partner experience is handled with professionalism and care.
