Senior Operations Consultant
Sherry is our Senior Operations Consultant who, by day, is entrenched in the clinical research field; she brings a unique blend of expertise derived from social science and program administration backgrounds. Eager to delve deeper into her profession, she is actively advancing her skills in data science management.
A native Chinese speaker, Sherry extends her passion for language by tutoring Chinese students, ranging from beginners to early professionals seeking language proficiency.
Beyond her career pursuits, she plays a crucial role in supporting our founder. In this capacity, Sherry is involved in logistics, administration, invoicing, document review, curriculum updates, correspondence, relationship building, document review, and curriculum updates while ensuring the overall success of our online programming initiatives.
Her multifaceted skills and dedication contribute significantly to our organization's growth and success.
Dr. Tricia Francis, PH.D.
Senior Certified Student Career Coach Advisor
Dr. Tricia Francis is an experienced educator with an abiding commitment to help guide youth
onto the path of a productive and fulfilling life.
Dr. Francis’ college admissions and student career coaching practice empowers adolescents to
explore and articulate their sense of purpose, helping them gain genuine motivation and
confidence for successful college and career experiences. Through her signature coaching
program Inward Reach Outward Quest™ (IROQ), Dr. Francis guides young people to develop
authentic career journeys that unlock their unique gifts and talents, ignite their spark, and
empower them to lead fulfilling, impactful lives, while enhancing their chances of finding
purposeful college and career paths.
A certified student career coach (CSCC) through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and
Career Coaches (PARWCC), Tricia has held various roles as an educator, including education
researcher, literacy consultant, curriculum developer, middle school teacher with the National
Teaching Service Initiative, Teach For America, high school teacher, assistant school
administrator, and professional development coach for teachers.
Dr. Francis is a graduate of CUNY Brooklyn College’s Scholars Program, Dr. Francis went on to
earn a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia
University and a Doctoral degree in Education also from Columbia University.
